I cannot express how patient she was with my endless questions and how accommodating she is of everyone.  She was very understanding of my concerns and expertly coached me when communicating to third parties.

Moreover, while I realize the fast-paced nature of NY real estate, I was amazed and (foremost) thankful that she was always so responsive; I have never experienced such great customer service with a real estate agent.  I could not have been happier with the apartment that Karen found and secured for me, and appreciate her generosity and support from the bottom of my heart.

Karen Stone was great to work with.  I felt enormous trepidation to moving to New York and kept having panic attacks.  After working with other brokers I found Karen very kind and understanding.
